I’ve lived in the Northeast my whole life and have never had a reason to visit the iconic Katz’s Deli. That changed today, they launched a beet-based pastrami sandwich and it’s delicious! The beets are smoky and marinated in a rich sauce. The bread is so fresh. @bluehillfarm @katzsdeli @chefdanbarber Thank you for this amazing collab.

Incredible Tunisian inspired macrobiotic vegan (some raw) spot with amazing flavors and variety. So fresh. Everything is housemade and so thoughtful. The proprietor/chef studied under Matthew Kenney and totally brings his genius flavor profiles to this menu but with her own amazing flair. Everything was so good.

This was the absolute best vegan cheese I have EVER had @buddyroma - I had to ask twice if it was vegan (it is, it’s made from coconut oil and chickpeas). Amazing.

I’m going to find better photos of this meal but this was one of my favorite Christmas meals in Bavaria. It was from their “Goose Season” holiday menu and featured vegan schnitzel, warm potato-salad-style potatoes (I wish this dish was something I could get the in US) and a vegan “goose” plate which was potato dumplings, cranberry sauce, gravy, and seitan. Amazing. Restaurant Mader, Vienna.

Absolutely incredible tasting menu at @modernlovebrooklyn with a nonalcoholic wine pairing from @thirdplacebarnyc - everything was incredible and as someone who doesn’t drink, the “wine pairing” experience was a total treat!! Can’t wait to go back. (I ate the molten lava cake with homemade ice cream before taking a photo! 😱 - my pal @flirtingwithvegan got a video)

We had a bacon and egg sandwich, hot pastrami Ruben, onion rings and loaded fries for brunch. Then picked up some macarons and a chia cup for breakfast the next morning and browsed the marketplace. They even had those chocolate crisps that they give out on @united flights!! All vegan!! 🌱💚

Fantastic collaboration between Alain Ducasse and Daniel Humm at Eleven Madison Park. It was creative and delicious. My favorite course is not pictured, it was a coconut lemon curd cold cream dessert. The kitchen was busier than normal with staff from both establishments, seeing the prep is an astounding experience! 🖤🖤🖤
